For technical issues, our support team offers remote troubleshooting via screen-sharing software to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.

What technological capacities do I need?

To ensure optimal trading performance, traders need workstations that meet our recommended specifications. For traders seeking tailored solutions, we offer custom-built trading systems engineered for professional needs, rigorously stress-tested for speed and stability.

Reliable connectivity is paramount in trading. We recommend:

  • A minimum download speed of 50 Mbps via ethernet for smooth trading, especially during periods of high market activity.

  • Avoiding WiFi. Consider a dedicated business-class connection or low-latency solutions like dedicated circuits. Ethernet connections provide a more stable and reliable connection.

  • For latency-sensitive traders, we can arrange dedicated circuits directly linking your home or office to our servers at LD4 or other top-tier data centers in London.

Do I receive a salary?

Valnt traders are generally experienced traders that prefer to be compensated based on individual performance. Traders benefit from aggressive and flexible deal structures that vary from trader to trader based on need.

Whose capital do I trade?

Valnt is a proprietary desk. We do not have any customers or outside investors. Valnt trades its own capital and all trades are marked as principal.

When do I get paid?

Traders receive profit distributions on the seventh business of day of the following month.
