Submissions can include: a Git repository demonstrating algorithmic development, a trading portfolio presentation highlighting past performance and risk metrics, a strategy document theoretically outlining your edge and execution approach, including performance in stress-tested scenarios, a live simulation report or example of your decision-making in a paper trading or simulated environment, or a traditional CV and cover letter. We aim to evaluate candidates based on tangible evidence of their capabilities, including their innovation, strategic thinking, and ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions.
